These Terms govern your use of mypropertypartner.in ("the Site"), operated by My Property Partner ("we", "us"), a real estate brokerage service based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. By using this Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.
My Property Partner is a brokerage-led lead generation site, not an open property marketplace. We do not allow buyers and sellers to transact directly with each other through this Site. Every enquiry — whether about a listed property or a requirement you've told us about — is handled by our team, not by an automated system connecting you directly to another party.
There is no charge to browse listings, submit an enquiry, or ask us to find a matching property. Our brokerage fee, where applicable, is charged to the seller side on a successfully closed transaction, as agreed separately and in writing at that time.
We verify listings to the extent practical before publishing them — confirming details with the source, checking approval documentation where claimed (such as DTCP or CMDA approval), and re-checking availability periodically. That said, property details, pricing, and availability can change quickly and are ultimately controlled by the seller or their representative, not us. Always confirm current price, availability, and legal status directly with our team before making any financial decision, and independently verify anything material to your purchase (title documents, approvals, encumbrances) before signing an agreement.
Submitting an enquiry, a buyer requirement, or a property to sell does not guarantee a sale, purchase, site visit, or any specific outcome. We make reasonable efforts to match genuine buyer and seller interest, but property transactions depend on many factors outside our control.
The design, text, and branding on this Site belong to My Property Partner. Property photographs and descriptions are provided by or on behalf of the property owner/source and are used with their permission for the purpose of marketing that listing.
We make reasonable efforts to verify what we publish, but we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information without independent verification, from delays in response, or from a transaction not proceeding as expected. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
