• To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry, as you've asked us to.
• To match your stated requirement against current or future property inventory.
• To maintain an internal record of your enquiry and our team's follow-up, so anyone on our team who speaks with you next has the context of what's already been discussed.

We do not sell your contact information to third parties. We do not currently run advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking on this Site.

3. Who sees your information

Your details are visible only to our internal team through a password-protected admin system — not published publicly, and not shared with other buyers or sellers directly. If your enquiry is about a specific property, our team may share relevant details with that property's source (owner, broker, or builder) only as needed to arrange a site visit or negotiation — never your full contact details without first speaking with you.

4. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as they remain operationally useful — for example, a buyer requirement that hasn't yet been matched may stay on file so we can contact you if a suitable property comes up later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies
